Ethiopian Electric Power (EEP) is seeking expressions of interest for consultancy services to manage the Kebri Beyah Wind Farm (150 MW) transaction and provide technical assistance to its IPP unit. This project is financed by the European Union and managed by Agence Française de Développement (AFD).

  • Primary Objective: Execute the Kebri Beyah PPP transaction from pre-qualification to financial close while building EEP’s internal capacity for renewable energy PPPs.
  • Budget & Duration: The assignment is capped at EUR 1,062,000 with a duration of 2 years.
  • Key Requirements: Applicants must demonstrate experience in PPP structuring, financial modeling, and utility-scale wind projects (over 50 MW).
  • Submission Deadline: No later than 06 March 2026, 4:00 PM local time in Addis Ababa.
  • Format: One hard copy and one soft copy (PDF), not exceeding 80 pages.
