The Ethiopian Electric Power (EEP) invites Expressions of Interest from consulting firms to provide consultancy services for the OPGW Live-Line Extension Project, financed by Agence Française de Développement (AFD) and the European Union (EU). The project includes detailed engineering studies, transmission line modeling, environmental and social impact assessments, supervision of ESHS measures, capacity building, and preparation of technical specifications for the installation of approximately 1,590 km of OPGW using live-line techniques across multiple regions of Ethiopia.

Deadline:
EOI must be submitted in English, in person and by email, on or before 3 March 2026 at 4:00 PM Local Time (Addis Ababa, Ethiopia). Applicants must submit one original hard copy and one electronic version on a flash drive.
