The transmission lines and distribution stations sector has announced that it is helping by studying transmission lines and distribution stations that need improvement work in Ethiopia’s electric power and making recommendations.

According to the head of the technical support office of the sector, Engineer Al-Hawala, the office is carrying out support work by preparing a detailed design and registering the value based on the study.

He stated that registration software has been improved to help with the work and by making sure that there is enough spare parts for stations or by setting up convenient criteria for purchasing performance, the improvement and maintenance works are being carried out at the scheduled time.

According to Ato Pabula, technical support work has been done to ensure that the equipment of the distribution station is insured and that there is an operation policy.
