Construction of the headquarters of EEP will take place at the in Mexico. The construction will cover 20,792 square meters and will have 62 floors when completed. The total floor area of the building is 197,800 square meters and when the construction is completed, it will be 327.5 meters long. 445 million USD is allocated for the construction and it is expected to be completed in 4 years. The building’s design meets the gold standard requirements of the US Green Building Council’s Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) system. The building will be equipped with state-of-the-art wind and solar energy technologies that will reflect the mission of the company.
