Ethiopian Electric Power and the African Leadership Excellence Academy are poised to sign an agreement today, paving the way for a groundbreaking collaboration.

According to Wondoson Kassa (PhD), the head of training and human development department at EEP, highlighted that the aim of the agreement is to foster the development of effective institutional leadership.

He emphasized that through this partnership, the AFLEX will be better equipped to fulfill its mission of enhancing leadership capabilities within the country.

This collaboration will enable both parties to work jointly toward their shared objective.
