The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia /Recipient/ has applied for financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Power Sector Reform, Investment and Modernization in Ethiopia – (PRIME-1) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.

The consulting services (“the Services”) include Strategic Gap Assessment of Institutional Capacity. The assignment of the consultant is expected to be completed in 6 months from the commencement date.
