The consulting services (“the Services”) include but not necessarily limited to hereafter to conduct ESIA studies in order to make the projects environmentally and socially acceptable. It is the responsibility of the consultant to ensure the project complies with the country’s legal guidelines and the World Bank environmental and social standards policies and requirements; identifying gaps in compliance, if any. And also, overall detail study of Resettlement Plans (RPs) in the target project areas.
