Ethiopian Electric Power (EEP), funded by the European Union through the Agence Française de Développement (AFD), invites expressions of interest from qualified consulting firms to design and deliver a comprehensive, competency-based leadership development program. The 18-month assignment—expected to launch in November 2026—will target 100 intermediate and advanced-level leaders to drive a sustainable transformational mindset shift, institutionalize core competencies, and advance EEP’s vision of becoming Africa’s renewable energy hub.
