Ethiopia Electric Power (hereinafter called the “Employer”), is inviting contracting firms specializing in Lot-1: Procurement of Survey, Design, Live-Line Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of OPGW Lines in the Northern Transmission Network and lot-2 Supply of OPGW Maintenance Equipment and Materials to apply for prequalification to tender for the site surveys, detailed design, and live-line installation of OPGW systems on transmission lines of 132 kV, 230 kV, and higher voltage levels, all to be carried out without power interruptions. Additionally, comprehensive technical training courses will be delivered to enhance local capacity in the operation and maintenance of the installed systems.
